Since you asked, I’ll give my opinion on Halloween as a grown man.

First of all ANY dude over the age of 13 that’s not going to a damn good party should never, EVER wear another Halloween costume. 

Few exceptions :

 (1)If you have a kid and you’re rolling out with em for trick-or-treating. (2) Toga Parties… nuff said. (3) Maybe if you just started dating a super-hot chick, and you haven’t “closed”. In which case, make sure you’re boys aren’t around and don’t take pictures. Oh and make sure the couples costume is sexy.  (4) Unless your boss is a total tool, and you might get fired.

Before last nights’ World Series game 2 between the New York Yankees and the Philadelphia Phillies, The crowd was treated with an infield performance from Jay-Z and Alicia Keys (DAMN SHE’S FINE) . I guess one way to get the Yankees going is bumping some “Empire State of Mind” before rolling out to defeat the Phills 1 – 4.

At the height of his professional career, Andre Agassi admits, in his new book that he uses Meth for a little bit in 1997. Damn that was a strong year. Hell, I had the shoes….. Bad ass….. And then he lied to authorities when he failed a drug test. And here I was thinking the cut-off shorts, the really bad hair coloring job and the AWESOME choice in footwear was all because of the Jack Daniels,  Cocaine and Angel Dust. Boy was I wrong. After finding out that Euro songstress Amy Winehouse went out and got herself some new fun bags, I just ran right out and google searched for some of that. I have no idea why I thought it would, I don’t know make her look better? But, yeah that was kinda like putting new ta tas on a crackwhore. Wait… wha? Nevermind that thought. But dammit If I had to look at this, then you will have to too.

Current UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesner has canceled the upcoming ass-whooping to Shane Carwin at UFC 106. Whew, that saves me 39.99 really quick.

President of the UFC, Dana White stated, “He’s never been this sick in his life. He said it’s been going on for a long time and he just hasn’t been able to shake it.” Dana also took the time out of being awesome to deny any rumors of Brock having Swine Flue. So Stop it!! As of right now, it hasn’t been revealed just what this “illness” was. When I find out, I’ll let y’all know.

With the start of the World Series on our heals, ESPN’s Baseball Tonight analyst Steve Phillips has been released from the payroll of “The Disney Sports Channel”. Yes Disney owns ABC, which is owned by…. never-mind. In a statement released late Sunday (so it would fly under the radar) Steve was sent to greener pastures. So to speak. Hey, but last week he was “granted” a “leave of absence” though right? Looks like its gonna be a little longer than we all expected.

I still believe the BCS needs to be replaced, But anyway here is your top 5 from October 25th.

5. USC (6 – 1) – First of all…. WHITE SWEATERS!!! But seriously, the Trojans are ahead of 3 other undefeated teams right now. That should be worth something. They have a big game Saturday night versus Oregon, so with a win the white sweaters will stay in the top five.

4. Iowa (8 – 0) – They have been a strong team all season so far.  And now we insert the target on their backs. My personal surprise of the year.

All this time I thought my man Magic Johnson of the World Champion Los Angeles Lakers was bff’s with Isiah Thomas of the sucky Detroit Pistons. Well, with the release of the upcoming book co-written by Magic and former Celtic great Larry “sweet stash” Bird, that’s all gone now. From leaked inserts on the interwebs, we come to find out that all was not well between the two or Magic is breaking the dude code in a major way. In the book Johnson claims that after he revealed he had the HIV virus, Isiah then asked around to find proof of Magic’s homosexuality. That ain’t right. Ant then more stuff about Zeke being shut out of the original Dream Team and so on and so forth. But the book is mainly Magic v. Bird and their history. But good lord, I gots to read this joint.
