Orlando Magic’s guard Vince Carter came close to matching his all-time high (51) dropping 48 points (with no dunks) all up on the New Orleans Hornets. Looks like somebody (Hornets) partied too hard after the Super Bowl.

UFC President Dana White seemed as perplexed by Tito Ortiz’s interruption of Mark Coleman’s post-fight interview as the rest of the audience was at UFC 109 on Saturday in Las Vegas.
Ortiz, who is in town taking his second turn as a coach opposite Chuck Liddell on this season’s “The Ultimate Fighter,” caught the event cageside, and used his proximity to Coleman while exiting the arena to engage the former heavyweight champion verbally.

In the third quarter, a fight erupted after an intentional foul was called on a Lee player. After breaking up the fight, the referees told both coaches they would have to play just five players the remainder of the game. The other players for both teams spent the rest of the second half sitting in the stands.
